How do I reserve items for my event?
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before your event date. If the balance is not paid in time, your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Our delivery service includes setup and takedown of tents. For tables and chairs, we offer drop-off and pick-up only. All items must be returned in one location, with tables and chairs folded and stacked. Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and order size. Some packages include free delivery—see individual package details on our website.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, only your 30% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total rental fee.
Yes. As the lessee, you are responsible for any loss or damage to rental items during your rental period. If an item is damaged beyond repair or goes missing, you will be charged the replacement cost. Security deposits (if applicable) are refunded within 7 business days after item inspection.
What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?
We understand weather can be unpredictable. However, Luxe and Lavish Event Rentals is not responsible for weather-related issues once items are delivered. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless delivery could not be completed. During severe weather, such as high winds or lightning, we recommend evacuating tents and seeking shelter indoors.
